How to Apply

*Rental Assisted Apartments are managed through CMHA. Apply directly for these apartments below.

*Rental Assisted Apartments are offering through CMHA and Returning Woodhill Residents. 

How to Apply

Paper and online applications will be made available starting September 5, 2024.
    All pre-applications will be entered onto a waiting list, which will be ordered chronologically based on time-stamped application submission of a fully complete application.
    Since our community is still under construction, we are not conducting any tours at the moment. We will provide updates on tours on our website.

  All applicants must be determined eligible in accordance with the Department of HUD regulations and must meet the family size requirements for designated bedroom size (maximum of
    2 person per bedroom; minimum of 1 person per bedroom preference) as well as maximum income of all family members (please see above charts).

The minimum income standard (non-subsidized homes) is based on gross monthly household income which is at least 2.5x the monthly rent. Rent is subject to change at any time.

If you have been selected from the waiting list to complete a move in application, there is a $55 application fee required at submission for our 60 % AMI units.


Glossary:
    AMI - Area Median Income - is the middle income for a particular area, considering all incomes of households in that region. It is often used as a benchmark to determine eligibility for affordable housing programs.
    LIHTC - Low Income Housing Tax Credit - a program in the United States that encourages the development of affordable rental housing for individuals and families with low incomes.

*Rental assistance is available for 30% AMI homes (reserved for CMHA Applicants), and rents not to exceed 30% of gross household income. Apply using this link here:CMHA Application
